Corporate & Regulatory Compliance
Bali Private Resort is a legally registered and fully compliant entity under Indonesian law, operating as part of the Juara Holding Group. We adhere to all national and regional regulations governing the tourism and hospitality sector.
- Business License (SIUP Pariwisata): We hold a comprehensive Tour and Travel Services Business License (Surat Izin Usaha Perdagangan bidang Pariwisata) issued by the Indonesian government, authorizing us to operate legally as a luxury travel provider.
- Taxpayer Identification (NPWP): Our company is registered with the Indonesian Directorate General of Taxes and holds a valid NPWP (Nomor Pokok Wajib Pajak), ensuring full compliance with all national tax obligations.
- Employee Welfare (BPJS): All our direct employees and the staff at our managed estates are registered for Indonesia’s mandatory social security programs, including BPJS Kesehatan (Health Insurance) and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (Workers’ Social Security).
- IATA Accreditation: As an accredited IATA (International Air Transport Association) agent, we adhere to the highest global standards for financial and operational competence in managing air travel arrangements.
Property & Staff Certification

- CHSE Certification: Every property in our portfolio is required to have successfully obtained the Cleanliness, Health, Safety, and Environment Sustainability (CHSE) certification, a program mandated by the Kementerian Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif (Kemenparekraf) of Indonesia.
- Staff Vetting & Training: All guest-facing staff undergo rigorous background checks. Butlers, chefs, and drivers receive continuous professional training in their respective fields, as well as mandatory training in first aid, CPR, and emergency response protocols.
- Food Safety (HACCP): Our private chefs and kitchen teams are trained in Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) principles to ensure the highest standards of food hygiene and safety.

- Medical Emergency Protocol: We have a standing agreement with BIMC Hospitals, Bali’s premier international-standard medical provider. In the event of a medical emergency, our protocol ensures immediate contact, rapid dispatch of medical assistance, and seamless coordination for guest care. All estates are equipped with comprehensive first-aid kits.
- Natural Disaster Preparedness: Our operations team has a detailed emergency plan for events such as earthquakes or volcanic activity, which is common in Indonesia.
